FULL-TIME JUNIOR & POST GRAD ACADEMY

We are very proud of our Full-time Player Development programs for Junior and Post Grad student athletes here at Rio Junior Golf Academy. We are a boutique junior golf program where the number of students will never climb higher than 36-40 students with a mix of Junior and Post Grad students. This way we make sure each golfer gets the attention they deserve, never choosing quantity of students over the quality of the golf instruction and student life.

FULL-TIME PROGRAM OUTLINE

• Intensive daily instruction in all aspects of high-performance golf, including swing mechanics, fitness and nutrition, mental performance, tournament play, and more
• Mentoring by PGA and LPGA Tour players
• Supervised practice and play in a tropical climate from August to May at renowned Rio Pinar Golf, a place with rich history as home of the PGA Tour’s Florida Citrus Open, now known as Arnold Palmer Invitational.
• Unlimited access to all of Rio’s practice facilities, including Trackman Range, Putting Greens, and Florida Short Game Complex and the Trackman Indoor Technology Studio and of course the great 18 holes golf course.
• Competition on two of Florida’s top junior tours scouted by coaches of leading NCAA college teams
• Counselling on college scholarships and career development with our college placement partner College Golf Connect
• Transition to elite amateur competition and the professional ranks through a post-graduate program

We’ve also made sure our program is:

• Year-round – We’ve developed a seasonal curriculum that focuses on play during the tournament seasons while concentrating on fitness and training in the off-season.
• Flexible – We know that the life of a Junior and Post Grad golfer is filled with more than just rounds of golf and hitting buckets of balls, so we offer a variety of training program to fit your wants and needs. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, or full-time residential programs and can even offer an online coaching program if getting to Orlando is not possible. As a player, you choose the program and the frequency of training that fits your schedule and needs.
• A team effort – We bring the team concept to individual junior golf. We train together, go to tournaments together and learn together. But even more than that, the team concept includes family and coaches through the use of a collaborative online training space.
• Technologically advanced – In addition to the online components, we also incorporate the following into all our learning programs:

1. Trackman radar tracking (OERT) technology to deliver world-leading accuracy
2. 3D Technology using GOLF BIODYNAMICS and ELVA GOLF
3. Pressure mapping using BAL.ON pressure mapping insoles and the BodiTrack pressure mat

Our Junior and Post-Grad high-performance programs have been designed based on the best practices derived from our staff of golf coaches many years coaching high performance golfers and under our golf coach’s direct supervision, golfers complete an intensive assessment and then a highly specialized curriculum is created for their development and success. All our golf coaches are collectively and intensely involved in the game development of each golfer. Our team of coaches create a clear and manageable path of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly programs and then execute at the highest level of expertise. Elite Golf Instruction and High-Performance Training knowing each student-athlete golfer is different, we implement a unique training and tracking system that allows our world-class facility to be completely utilized by the athletes in our full-time golf program. Under the guidance and supervision of one of the Europe’s top golf instructors, Gregor Tilch, our amazing coaching staff has a simple mission: Develop each golfer to their true golf potential. And that’s what we do. No one swing is the same. No one skillset is applicable to any one golfer, course, or tournament. Creating well-rounded, highly efficient, and adapt-and-overcome golfers that compete at the elite level is our driving purpose.
